HTRE022V - DJ Romain - Funky Streets EP
Hard Times Records shares the last of a trio of new EPs of music DJ Romain entrusted to the label before his passing earlier this year. Opening with the horn-driven swagger of the title track, it moves through the soulful groove of 'I Like To Boogie' and the deep, organ-led 'This Is Where I Wanna Be', before closing on the uplifting, guitar-laced boogie jam 'The Chocolates'. A lasting testament to one of house music's true masters.
