Scarper is a London-based producer and DJ known for blending melodic electronica, broken rhythms and left-field club ideas into a sound that's entirely his own. "E-Funk" is a hybrid club weapon - part 2-step, part house, part breaks, all energy - a certified floor starter. "Twisty" is probably the most dancefloor-ready cut, with solid broken grooves dancing around acid bass lines and bleeps.
